The following Terms and Conditions apply to the RBE nbn ‘Fringe Benefit Plans Promotional Offer’.

The Offer

  1. The current list price of the RBE nbn Plans can be found on RBE’s website. RBE also identifies with each Plan what the new residential customer monthly credit or saving is for the first 6 months (Discount Period), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Your Application

  1. To be eligible for this Offer, you must:
    • be at least 18 years of age with a current Australian residential address;
    • be a new customer of RBE and sign up for a RBE nbn Plan; and
    • provide RBE with valid credit card details in your name for the duration of your plan regardless of your preferred payment method.
  2. RBE may accept or reject your application in its absolute discretion.
  3. This Offer is valid from 28 November 2023 and until RBE withdraws the Offer at any time without notice by not advertising it. By applying for the Offer, you agree to be bound by RBE’s Standard Form of Agreement and these Terms and Conditions. RBE may change these Terms and Conditions at any time in accordance with the SFOA.

How The Offer Works

  1. This Offer: may only be used once per customer and premises; is non-transferable; cannot be used with any other special offer or promotion; and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  2. This Offer is applicable only for new residential customers and not available to existing customers.
  3. This Offer provides you with a discount off your monthly plan fee as per the table above, which will be applied by RBE at the time of signup. The monthly discount will automatically be deducted from your first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth invoices, or until you cancel your service, whichever is earlier.
  4. After six (6) months, RBE will bill you the monthly fee applicable to the service you selected at the time of signing up. This amount is set out in our Critical Information Summary and Pricing Schedule.
  5. If you change your RBE nbn Plan during the Discount Period, then the discount will be removed from the monthly internet service charge and the price of the monthly internet service charge will revert to the minimum monthly charge set out in our Critical Information Summary (CIS).
  6. All other charges such as upgrades, additional data packs, other internet services, installation and other charges for non-standard installation will continue to apply.
  7. Returning customers, who have previously been with RBE and already received a six (6) month discount promotion, will not be eligible for a new promotion for a period of twelve (12) months.
  8. This Offer is not available in all regions and does not apply to nbn Sky Muster or business services.
  9. All products and offers are subject to availability and RBE reserves the right to change or withdraw offers, products and services at any time.
  10. RBE makes no representations regarding third party products or services.
