  • Employ software for client information storage that meets industry standards. Access to our customer records is password protected, and we encrypt critical client data where required.
  • Keep information in our possession secure, with access restricted to authorised staff members.
  • Treat any breach of these principles seriously. Management may consider disciplinary action as they see fit.

Tools for preventing unauthorised account access

We make our server-based system available to clients so they can manage their account details and information:

  • This enables clients to change their password and access settings.
  • Clients can also request recovery of a password and other access details directly with our staff by email to support@rbe.net.au or by phone on 08 8862 2134.

Access to online account records is included in the client’s services and provided at no extra charge.
