NBN CIS
Provider: Interconnect Networks Pty Ltd (ABN 35 659 014 767), trading as RBE.
Information current as at 22 September 2026. This is a summary only. It sets out the key information about RBE’s residential and business NBN plans as required by the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code (C628). A copy of this summary is available free of charge at any time on request.
The offer at a glance
- Service provider: Interconnect Networks Pty Ltd (ABN 35 659 014 767), trading as RBE — a South Australian internet service provider.
- Description of the offer: A broadband internet service delivered over the National Broadband Network (NBN), with unlimited data, on a month-to-month basis. Residential, business and Fixed Wireless plans are available.
- Minimum term: 1 month. There is no lock-in contract — all plans are month-to-month.
- Minimum monthly charge: depends on the plan you choose. Current pricing for every plan is shown when you sign up (see the plan list below).
- Maximum monthly charge: the same as your plan’s monthly charge. Data is unlimited, so there are no excess-usage charges. Optional add-ons you choose (listed below) increase your monthly charge by the amounts shown.
- Cancellation and early termination: there is no early termination or exit fee. You may cancel at any time; you remain responsible for charges up to the end of your current billing month.
- Key exclusions and qualifications: availability and the maximum speed attainable depend on your address and the NBN access technology serving it (checked when you order). A one-off NBN technician installation charge may apply only to new developments or premises that require a brand-new connection or an nbn site visit — this is quoted at the time of your order. A router is not included unless you purchase one — BYO routers are welcome.
Information about the service
Each plan provides a fixed broadband internet connection over the NBN, with unlimited data. The service is supplied using the NBN access technology available at your address (FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, FTTB, HFC or Fixed Wireless). Connections are dual-stack: you receive a public IPv6 address and a shared (CGNAT) IPv4 address by default. You can use your own compatible router at no charge, or purchase a pre-configured Wi-Fi router from us; current pricing is shown when you sign up.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Service charges are billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month. The first partial month is prorated from activation; upfront equipment and applicable installation costs are paid when you order. There is no setup fee (setup is waived) and no early termination fee. Because plans are month-to-month with unlimited data, the minimum and maximum monthly charge for each plan is the plan’s monthly price, and the total minimum cost is one month’s charge plus any one-off charges that apply to your premises or your chosen options.
Current pricing for every plan is shown when you sign up. See our order page to view live pricing and to sign up.

*Your minimum total cost assumes an existing NBN connection point at your premises and that you use your own router (setup is waived and there is no exit fee). If your premises is a new development or needs a brand-new connection, a one-off NBN technician installation charge may apply — it is quoted by nbn at the time of your order and is added to the total minimum cost. One-off charges for optional items you select (listed below) are also added to your total minimum cost.
One-off charges
- NBN technician installation: a one-off nbn installation charge may apply where nbn requires a technician site visit — typically only for new developments or premises needing a brand-new connection. The amount is quoted at the time of your order and is added to your total minimum cost. It is not charged when an existing nbn connection point at your premises is re-used.
- Pre-configured Wi-Fi router: optional; a compatible router is available and current pricing is shown when you sign up. You are welcome to use your own compatible router instead at no charge.
- Wireless SIM (Fixed Wireless plans): optional; current pricing is shown when you sign up — only where a new SIM card is required.
Optional monthly add-ons
- Static IPv4 address: optional; current pricing is shown when you sign up.
- WebShield family-safe content filtering: optional; current pricing is shown when you sign up.
Add-ons are optional. If you select one or both, your maximum monthly charge is your plan price plus the add-on amounts. Current pricing is shown when you sign up.
Cost of typical use
All plans include unlimited data, so there is no per-gigabyte charge and no excess-usage charge — your monthly plan price covers all data use. These are internet-only plans: no telephone calls or SMS are included, so no per-call or per-SMS costs apply.
Speeds
The “typical evening speed” figures above are busy-period (7pm–11pm) figures for each speed tier. The actual speed you experience depends on the NBN access technology at your address (FTTP, FTTC, FTTN, FTTB, HFC or Fixed Wireless), the quality of your line, your in-home setup and Wi-Fi equipment, and network congestion. On copper-based technologies (FTTN, FTTB and FTTC) your maximum speed is capped by the capability of your copper line. Fixed Wireless speeds in particular vary with your distance from the base station, tower capacity and congestion, and may be lower than the figures shown — availability and attainable speed are confirmed when you check your address.
Service availability and qualifications
- Plan availability and the maximum speed attainable depend on your address. We check this when you place your order.
- On copper-based technologies (FTTN, FTTB and FTTC), your maximum speed is capped by the capability of your copper line.
- If, after connection, your line cannot reach the speed tier of the plan you ordered, we will move you to the best speed tier your line can attain or offer you a refund, consistent with ACCC guidance.
Billing and payment
- Upfront costs for your selected equipment and any applicable installation charges are paid when you order. Service charges are billed monthly in advance on the 1st of each month. Charges for the first partial month are prorated from your activation date. If your connection cannot be completed, the payment is refunded.
- Payment is by card through our secure hosted payment gateway. There is no setup fee.
- Direct debit is available free of charge — call us on 08 8862 2134 to set it up. If you need another payment arrangement, please contact us.
